North Campus Building N105 AHU 3 Replacement

Scope of work for this project. 1. Remove existing AHU-3, ductwork, and piping. 2. Install new AHU-3 and connect to existing ductwork and piping 3. Remove insulation from existing ductwork and piping in mechanical room and replace. 4. Insulate all new piping and ductwork. 5. Provide new control sensors, CO2 sensor, and control valves. 6. Program the new AHU-3 into the existing control system. 7. All demolished equipment and materials to properly disposed of. 8. Disconnect and remove power wiring to existing AHU-3 being removed. All unused conduit and wiring to be removed and properly disposed of. 9. Modify existing panel "LM" to accommodate the new AHU-3. 10. Make connection to new variable frequency drive and AHU-3. 11. Remove existing duct smoke detector from existing return air duct. 12. Provide new duct smoke detector in existing return air duct at existing smoke detector location. Provide new remote monitor/test switch in Mechanical Room. Connect new duct detector to existing building fire alarm system. 13. Provide new labeling per College guidelines. HUB certified contractors are encouraged to submit a bid for this project.
