| Description | Silverado Trail Striping A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. This is a Federal-aid construction contract. The requirements are incorporated in the Special Provisions of the Bid Documents. The Davis Bacon Act and related provisions apply. The DBE goal for the project is 10.7%. For the Federal training program, the number of trainees or apprentices is zero. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
