For a lump-sum contract are invited for the following work: 5521 Center For Integrative Health - Tenant Improvement University Of California, San Diego DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Tenant improvement including demolition, new interior partitions, new finishes, new plumbing, new electrical, and new mechanical. New Type 1 exhaust hood at induction range and grease interceptor for 3-compartment sink. Estimated project duration is one hundred twelve (112) calendar days. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, listed in the latest published State of California, Department of Insurance, list of Insurers Admitted to Transact Surety Insurance in This State. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B - General Building Contractor. Contractors and subcontractors must use the DIR's upgraded electronic certified payroll reporting (eCPR) system to furnish certified payroll records (CPRs) to the Labor Commissioner. Contractors and subcontractors who have been submitting PDF copies of their CPRs for earlier projects must also begin using the new system.
