Question Deadline 08/17/2022 at 5:00 PM CT Question Response Friday, August 19, 2022 5:00 PM The Travis County Healthcare District dba Central Health (hereafter referred to as the Central Health) is seeking to purchase IT Network Equipment for its Health and Wellness Centers located at 7050 Elroy Road, Del Valle, Texas 78617 and 3700 Gilbert Road, Austin, Texas 78725. If Section 3 (Specifications) of This Ifb States That a Bid Bond is Required, Bidder Must Submit a Bid Bond Equal to 5% of Its Bid When Bidder Submits Its Bid. The Bid Bond May Be Submitted in Any of the Following Forms: 1) a Surety Bid Bond Executed With a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in Texas, 2) a Cashiers Check Made Payable to Central Health, or 3) an Irrevocable Letter of Credit Made Payable to Central Health. The Bid Bond Must Be Conditioned on the Bidder Executing a Contract, if Awarded the Contract, and Providing a Performance Bond, if Required. Central Health Returns Bid Bonds No Later Than 10 Days After the Later of Contract Award or the Successful Bidder Providing a Performance Bond, if Required.
