Description

The work for which bids are being accepted consists of various improvements to the playground area of JFK Park, including: removal of all playground equipment and associated mulched surfaces and replacement with new equipment set into poured-in-place rubber play surface, installation of engineered wood fiber play surface for a proposed natural play area, installation of approximately 16,000 square feet of new asphalt trail to link the play areas together and to the larger park area, removal of the existing restroom and concession buildings and replacement with a pre-cast concrete building that will serve both purposes, all associated utility improvements, and all associated work.
