Athletic Field Preparation Materials

Generally, the anticipated annual quantity of material that the awardee will deliver is the following: Sports Field Conditioner 50 lb. bags 10,000, 1-ton bulk bag 50, Bulk material 50 tons, Baseball Infield Clay 200 bags (50 lb. bags), Mineral (Inorganic) Drying Agent 50 bags (50 lb. bags), Natural (Organic) Drying Agent 50 bags (40 lb. bags), Athletic Field Marking Chalk 200 bags (50 lb. bags). Generally, the Awardee will deliver the materials to the following CPD service yards: - Pulaski Park - 1418 West Potomac Street (Pool Building) - Candle Factory - 6201 South Wentworth Avenue - Douglas Park - 1900 South California Avenue - 9th Street - 900 Columbus Drive (the street yard) - McKinley Park - 2010 West Pershing Avenue - Northerly Island - 1500 South Lynn White Drive - Portage Park - 5535 West Berteau Avenue - Lincoln Conservatory - 2391 North Stockton - Cortland Park - 1800 North Ashland Avenue - Garfield Conservatory - 300 North Central Park This contract shall be effective from the date of contract execution and shall continue in effect for a period of one (1) year, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Director of Purchasing may extend this contract for four (4) additional one-year periods, under the same terms and conditions of the original contract period, subject to user department approval. Contractor will receive written notification of such an extension.
