| Description | This specification sets forth the requirements for the panel and leg assemblies of an NCHRP 350 compliant Type III Barricade to be used by DOTD personnel for traffic channelizing during various roadway maintenance. The panel assembly shall consist of three (3) panels and two (2) uprights. The panel shall be supplied fully assembled with an overall assembled measurement of 8 W x 5 H (+/- 0.5) as indicated in. Deliveries accepted monday through thursday 7:00am-3:30pm (except on holidays, weekends or Disasters). Please call 225-935-0177 or 225-935-0131 for delivery concerns or questions. The state reserves the right to purchase any or all products or services covered by the contract on the Open market and to charge the contractor with cost in excess of the contract price. Until such assessed Charges have been paid, no subsequent bid from the defaulting contractor will be considered. |
