Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. The improvements also include ADA and traffic signal upgrades. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. ATTENTION IS CALLED TO THE FACT THAT NOT LESS THAN THE MINIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES AS SET FORTH IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS MUST BE PAID ON THIS PROJECT, AND THAT THE CONTRACTOR MUST ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES AND APPLICANTS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT ARE NOT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF THEIR, RACE, COLOR, RELIGIOUS CREED, ANCESTRY, AGE, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY, OR BECAUSE OF A PERSON'S SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY OR GENDER EXPRESSION. 10.
