| Description | The project consists of providing Janitorial Services for the Montezuma County Road and Bridge Department 1700 North Dolores Road, Cortez, CO 81321 3,980 sq. ft. June 1, 2023- December 31, 2023 The County reserves the right to make such investigations as necessary to determine the ability of proposer to perform the work as set out in the contract documents. The proposer shall furnish to the County all such information and data for this purpose as the County may request. The County reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such proposer fails to satisfy the County that the proposer is qualified to satisfy the requirements of the contract. The County has the right to request a statement of proposer qualifications if it deems necessary. |
