Description

As of March 20, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. This project is included in the Village of Palatine 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and funding allotted for construction in 2024. CY 2023 - Design/permitting and land acquisition for a new elevated water storage tank near Algonquin and Roselle. CY 2024 - Construction of new elevated water storage tank near Euclid Avenue and Roselle Road. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
