| Description | Provide a new 300kVA 4.8kV/480V pad mounted service transformer on an existing transformer vault in place of an existing transformer located at the Lift Number #8 Base Reconnect the exiting primary cables and secondary cables to the new transformer Provide a new 4.8kV feeder extension, underground in conduit, from the existing transformer vault at Lift #8 Base to a location approximate 350 feet away near Northwood Lodge and lift 3 – all distances for conduit and wire are bidders responsibility Provide and install new 4.8kV terminations on both ends of the new 4.8kV feeder cable, including grounding of the shield wires. Provide and install a new transformer vault, ground ring, ground rods and conduits at a location near lift 3 and the Northwood Lodge building Relocate the transformer from Lift #8 Base to the new vault and install on vault Provide and install new secondary service to the existing lift 3 including a new fused disconnect switch (near transformer), secondary conduits and secondary cables, approximately 30 ft away - all distances for conduit and wire are bidders responsibility Provide and install a new secondary service to the existing Northwood Lodge electrical room including a new fused disconnect switch (near transformer), secondary conduits and secondary cables approximately 170ft away.
