This project is to Renovate Spinal Cord Unit at the VA NJ Healthcare System's East Orange Campus 385 Tremont Ave. East Orange, NJ 07018. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish project number 561-12-105 Renovate Spinal Cord Unit IAW the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings attached hereto. The Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8AM to 4:30PM EST except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer. NAICS: 236220 Size Standard: $39.5M Magnitude of Construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 This requirement is 100% set aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Potential contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified/visible/certified as an VOSB on www.vetbiz.va.gov at the time of bid submission andprior to award of this procurement. Bidders must submit their annual Vets-4212 Report. A site visit is scheduled for 12/22/2022 at 10AM EST. Prospective bidders are to meet in the BLDG 5A Conference Room at VAMC East Orange.
