Colleyville Park Facilities

The projects at the three locations include, but are not limited to the following: City Park Pavillion Renovations: 1. Two existing park pavilions which include restrooms shall be renovated. The scope of the modifications include replacement of the existing plumbing fixtures, new floor and wall tile, new HVAC systems, and select replacement of the existing brick facade with a new stone veneer. 2. The existing pavilions are located at City Park - 5201 Bransford Rd., Colleyville, TX. Reagan Park Restrooms: 1. The project consists of a new park restroom building with covered seating area and sidewalk leading to the existing parking. The restroom building includes one (1) unisex toilet room, and janitors closet, a wall mounted drinking fountain, lighting and HVAC in each room. 2. The new restrooms will be located at the existing park – 709 LD Locket Rd, Colleyville, TX 76034. Nature Center Park Restrooms: 1.The project consists of a new park restroom building with two (2) unisex toilets, and a common janitors closet, a wall mounted drinking fountain, lighting and HVAC in each room. The project includes installation of emergency phones along the Nature Trail walk. 2. The new restrooms will be located at the existing park – MillwWood Dr., Colleyville, TX 76034.
