| Description | The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include: Remove and grade existing grass. Construct concrete shuffleboard courts, walkways, install benches, perimeter fence, gate, artificial turf, shade structures trash receptacle and overhead lighting. Cut and cap exiting irrigation and install new landscape and irrigation and mulch. Project will also include ADA improvements. This project is funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
