New Security Fencing at MCOE District Office & Wolf Center

Installation of new decorative metal fencing, vehicle and pedestrian gates, concrete mow strip, electrical pathways, stucco patch and wood blocking. Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or doubt as to meanings shall be referred immediately to the Architect who will send written instructions clarifying such questions to each bidder. Oral responses will not be binding on the Owner or Architect or any Construction Manager. The work shall be performed within the following time frame: (120 days) The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California. In addition, no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. A valid Type A and/or B - Contractors License will be required. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
