*As of October 10, 2022, all trades have been let. New Warehouse & Vehicle Storage Facility for Indian Electric Cooperative (approx. 26,500 SF) in Cleveland, OK. We are requesting proposals from Contract Documents. The Building consists of of Pre-Engineered Metal Building with warehouse and vehicle storage space. It will also include some admin spaces that will have offices, lockeroom and breakroom. Admin spaces will be heated and cooled. Warehouse space will be heated with Electric Unit Heaters, and exhaust fans. Vehicle storage spaces will be heated with infloor radient heat via boiler and exhaust fans. In general, the site work will consist of site clearing, removing a residential slab foundations and utilities, mass grading, and building pad.
