Rancocas Valley Regional High School Guidance Suite, Toilet Rooms and Door Renovations

The Project work consists of renovations to three buildings at the District’s Main High School Campus. Areas to be renovated include the Guidance Office Suite, Student & Staff Toilet Rooms and Corridor Door assemblies. Work in the Guidance Suite includes new wall partitions, interior windows, doors & frames, casework & equipment, lay-in ceilings, HVAC packaged rooftop unit, fin tube radiation, VAV systems, lighting, fire alarm and room finishes. Work in the Toilet Rooms includes new plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, fluid applied flooring, lay-in ceilings, lighting, fire alarm, hand dryers and room finishes. Work in the corridors includes door, frame and hardware replacement. Limited Structural framing will be provided to accommodate the renovations and new rooftop equipment. Electrical systems include new panels, feeders and circuits to support the renovations with power, lighting, fire alarm, and HVAC equipment. Project work also includes abatement of asbestos VAT flooring. Refer to the construction drawings and specifications for a complete scope of work. The project also includes Alternate Bid #1 scope of work for new flooring, ceilings, lighting and hand dryers in four student toilet rooms (Rooms C-1-5, C-1-7, C-2-5 & C-2-7) as indicated on the drawings and in specification section “Bid Form – Part C – Alternates”.
