HLS Summer 2022 Project

The project consists of the replacement of select doors, frames, and hardware within the Middle and Elementary School and associated work. Work will be coordinated with that of an asbestos abatement project under a separate contract. WORK INCLUDES A. Work covered by contract documents includes the replacement of select doors, frames, and hardware at both the W-L Middle School and Elementary School. Work also includes infilling of a basement door opening and adjacent basement exterior stairway. B. The owner is paying for a portion of this work under a maintenance grant. The grant requires that a portion of the project is billed and paid in full before July 1, 2022. Once the project is awarded, the Architect, Owner, and Contractor will discuss payment of materials, stored or onsite by the grant deadline.

Division 08 -	Openings, Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Panel Doors, Sectional Doors, Hardware, Glazing.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Painting and Coating.
