Description | Each proposal must be signed and shall be submitted on the forms provided, must contain the full names of the party or parties making the same and all persons interested therein, and must be accompanied by a bid bond for 100% of the Bid amount or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank made unconditionally payable to the City of Seven Hills in amount of equal to not less than 10% of the Bid amount submitted by the bidder. The character and amount of the Bid Performance Bonds are also stated in the Instruction to Bidders. All proposals shall be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code and the contracts shall be awarded in accordance with the provisions thereof. The regulations of the State of Ohio relative to the procurements of labor, wage rates and hours of employment shall apply. The Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Seven Hills, Drug Free Workplace Policy for Municipal Construction Projects, shall apply. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after scheduled closing date for receipt of bids.
