Description

Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including preliminary engineering report services, design services, pre-construction services, contract administration services, field engineering and inspection services, startup and testing services, operations and training services, and post-startup and certification services for the Atlantic Treatment Plant Reliability & Odor Control Improvements (ATP-ROCI) (Project). All Proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with planning, design, construction administration, inspection, field engineering, and testing for large treatment plant projects that require a complicated maintenance of plant operation (MOPO) plan on a confined plant site. Technical questions should be submitted through HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion.
