HIALEAH, FL 33012 BID #2022-23-8325-00-015 The objective of this ITB is to secure the services of an experienced and reliable contractor for removing existing windows and doors and installing new impact windows and doors at 140 W 13th Street, Hialeah, FL 33012. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and shall bear on the face, thereof, the bid number and the complete name and address of the bidder. Bids are to be based strictly upon contract documents and instructions herein with no deviations or alternates being considered at bid time, other than those specific requests on the proposal sheets. Last date for receipt of written Questions :Wednesday November 23, 2022 2:00PM City council contract Approval date TBD The city reserves the right to delay or modify scheduled dates and will notify Bidders of all changes in scheduled dates The City of Hialeah reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Hialeah for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the contract. The City of Hialeah reserves the right to accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole. All communications concerning this Solicitation should be directed to the City's Purchasing Manager. Potential Bidders and their agents and employees shall not contact the Mayor, any member of the City Council, or any member of the City staff, except the Purchasing Manager, to discuss this Solicitation. Imposition of a cone of silence on this Invitation to Bid shall not preclude purchasing staff from obtaining industry comment or performing market research provided all communications related thereto with a potential offeror, service provider, Bidder, lobbyist, or consultant are in writing or are made at a duly noticed public meeting.
