Backup Generator Replacement

The Project includes the following Work:The existing backup generator is to be removed and replaced with a 70-kW natural Gas generator as shown on the project documents. This includes but not limited to removing the existing generator, transfer switch conduit and conducted between the generator and transfer switch,disconnecting the natural gas supply to the generator. Providing replacement natural gas generator, transfer switch, gas supply to the generator. Reusing the existing concrete pad and modifying the existing fence enclosure. Provide temporary diesel 60 kw or greater generator and transfer switch to provide power to the fire station during the replacement of the backup generator. Bidding Documents may be viewed and bid packages may be purchased/downloaded from the designated website by prospective bidders. Prospective bidders must purchase a set from the designated website to be considered a plan holder/responsible bidder, even if bidding documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website.
