Smd Services Installation and Decommissioning of Wells Within the Five Boroughs of New York City

The scope of work under this contract is to provide well installation and well decommissioning at various developments within the five boroughs of New York City as required by 6 NYCRR part 360, Environmental Conservation Law Article 23 and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation CP - 43 policy. The two primary well decommissioning methods are: 1. Grouting in-place and 2. Perforating over-drill. A. The wells may be constructed using hollow stem auger, hydraulic reverse rotary, or cable tool (casing hammer) methods. Please refer to this RFQ's specifications for more information. All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the due date listed: MWBE Utilization Plan: Due at time of bid submission OR Waiver (or Partial Waiver) of MWBE Utilization Plan: Must be submitted at least Seven (7) days prior to bid due date. (Requests for Partial Waivers MUST also be accompanied by MWBE Utilization Plan) FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE MWBE UTILIZATION PLAN OR WAIVER MAY DEEM YOUR BID NON-RESPONSIVE.
