| Description | The timber has been marked with a BLUE paint line at eye level (or an "X"), and a stump mark. LOCATION OF TIMBER: The timber is located in Lots 28 & 29 of Dover Township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio. The most convenient place to park to look at the timber is at the back of the Burial Park, near the pines. REFER TO MAPS ATTACHED The estimated volume is based on diameter measurement and height estimate of individual trees. Bidders should satisfy themselves by examination as to quantity and quality of the timber offered. All marked trees will be cut or girdled. An initial payment of 20% (percent) of the total sum bid must be paid in hand within 10 days of notice of award. A period of 12 months will be allowed the purchaser for cutting and removal of the timber. |
