Contra Loma Estates Park Renovation

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of renovating the existing Contra Loma Estates Park. The work shall include, but not be limited to, grading, landscaping, construction of a dog park, installation of underground utilities, irrigation facilities, pathway and sport court lighting, recreational equipment and restroom facilities traffic control and water pollution.control. All Contractors and subcontractors listed on the bid proposal must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. No contract will be awarded to a Contractor or subcontractor unless registered with Department of Industrial Relations.
