Maple Grove Sewage Pumping Station And Interceptor Expansion - HVAC Construction

1. The upgrade to the pumping station shall include: three 3,265 gpm pumps with 250 hp, 1800 rpm motors and VFDs; three slide gates; channel grinder; wet well baffles and splitters; discharge plug and check valves; flume installation (at Wastewater Treatment Plant); conversion of an existing generator room to an electrical room; exterior generator in a standalone enclosure; HVAC system; new PLC and controls; and demolition of existing equipment to accommodate new work. 2. The Expansion to the interceptor shall include: the replacement of approximately 3,600 LF of 24-inch to 30-inch sanitary sewer main; approximately 2,340 LF of 18-inch to 24-inch sanitary sewer main and approximately 300 LF of 24-inch to 24-in sanitary sewer main. Work will include temporary bypass pumping and maintenance of flows.
