| Description | The contractor shall provide janitorial, kennel cleaning and grounds maintenance services as indicated in each Task and Frequency Chart (Attachment 1 and Attachment 2). Daily duties in the kennels include removing canine feces, scrubbing and rinsing out the kennel floors and walls. Disinfecting kennels as scheduled or needed. Portable power sprayers are on site for ease of cleaning the kennels. The interior and exterior of the kennel grounds should be maintained free of debris (weeds, leaves, etc.) Contractor personnel are not required to handle the dogs; CCFR personnel will handle the dogs that need to be moved. The kennels need to be cleaned no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and no later than 1:30 p.m. every day. The canines are fed at approximately 2:00 p.m. every day and all kennels need to be cleaned prior to that time. | ||||||
