Install New A/C Units and New Building Automation Systems

Project has canceled This project is Phase 1 of the replacement of building automation system, packaged air cooled chillers and partial HVAC systems. General under $ 400,000 Heating under $ 2,000,000 Electrical under $ 400,000 CDB bid envelopes can be used to mail bid documents to CDB Springfield if bidding firms have access to them. Otherwise, the CDB Project Number, the Trade, and the Bid Date should be included on the outside of the mailing envelope. Bids can be sent via the US Post Office, UPS, or FEDEX, and should be sent without a signature required at delivery. Mailed bids will be considered on-time if the package is in CDBs mail received on, or before, the THURSDAY morning following the bid receipt deadline. No confirmation of delivery will be provided to the contractor by CDB. Minority, Women, Persons with Disabilities, and Veteran Business Subcontractor/Supplier Participation is Applicable 4 % MBE/WBE, 0% PBE/VBE. DESCRIPTION: Five ISD Buildings are included in this phase of the project. 1. Wait Hall - The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing existing controls with a BAS linked to the Physical Plant BAS server and workstation. It will also include replacing the air cooled split system chiller and chilled water pumps and appurtenances. 2. Vocational Building - The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing existing controls with a BAS linked to the Physical Plant BAS server and workstation. It will also include replacing the air cooled split system chiller and chilled water pumps and appurtenances. 3. Officer Hall - The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing existing controls with a BAS linked to the Physical Plant BAS server and workstation. It will also include replacing the air cooled split system chiller and chilled water pumps and appurtenances. 4. Physical Plant - This work will include, but is not limited to, upgrading the existing BAS file server and software to provide electronic communication to and from the new BAS in the listed building above. It will also include integrating the new BAS from the buildings listed. 5. Cullom Hall - The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing existing controls with a BAS linked to the Physical Plant BAS server and workstation. It will also include replacing the air cooled package chiller and chilled water pumps, fan coil units and appurtenances. Substantial Completion - 196 consecutive calendar days + final completion- 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
