Description

1) All District sites shall be mowed and trimmed WEEKLY to maintain a neat, uniform appearance. If grass is dormant and/or less than 3" high, mowing will not be done. If weekly mowing is not necessary, an agreed upon substitute service will be developed with vendors and the district. 2) District sites shall not be mowed and trimmed more frequently unless requested by Owner. Unusual site conditions that cause need for extra or fewer cuts per week will be determined by the Facilities Director or Grounds Supervisor and will be communicated as soon as possible, if needed. 3) Bids are to be submitted and the contract(s) awarded on a per cut basis.
