Furnishing and Delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with a satisfactory corporate surety, or a certified check for ten (10%) percent of the total amount of bid, or $5,000.00, whichever is less, and made payable to the Landis Sewerage Authority, to be held by the Authority as guarantee that in the event that the bid is accepted and a contract order is awarded to the bidder, the contract will be promptly executed or the order promptly acknowledged and accepted, and in default thereof, said check or bond and the amount represented thereby, will be forfeited to the Landis Sewerage Authority as liquidated damages. The Landis Sewerage Authority reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2. The Authority also reserves the right to disqualify an individual bidder pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications issued therefore; and the statutory requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative action requirements)
