| Description | The project includes the following: 1. Hauling, processing and disposal of liquid sludge generated at the Bartons Meadows Wastewater plant during any one calendar year. 2. Eligible firms are invited to bid on sludge hauling and disposal for the plant. Bids shall include all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, facilities and appurtenances necessary to appropriately, under federal and state regulations, haul, use, process and/or dispose of sludge. 3. The Bartons Meadows Wastewater Treatment Plant produces approximately 100,000 gallons of liquid sludge per year with an approximate concentration of 1.5 percent solids. |
