Description

The project consists of renovations at Browning Elementary School in Springhill, LA. The project is anticipated to be bid as a lump sum Base Bid, plus (3) additive Alternates. 1. Conversion of an existing classroom in Wing 1 to two new Toilet Rooms and new Faculty Toilet Room. Work includes demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. 2. Complete remodeling of two Toilet Rooms in Wing 3. Work includes demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. 3. Replacement of all exterior doors and frames. This includes all exterior classroom doors, main entry doors, gymnasium doors and corridor exit doors. 4. By Alternates 1, 2 & 3, replacement of existing windows with new aluminum storefront system as scheduled. See Spec Section 012300 for listing of Alternates.
