| Description | Notice is hereby given that Goshen County will receive sealed bids at the Goshen County Courthouse for the HRRR 2021: Guardrail & Delineators project Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. This project will be funded with federal funds, and therefore, there will be no Wyoming Preference, and Davis-Bacon wages will apply. The sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope HRRR 2021: Guardrail & Delineators. Goshen County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or schedules, and to waive minor irregularities and formalities therein, and to award the contract in whole or in part in the best interest of the Owner. |
