Description

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment, and accessories necessary to install two dump probes, and two high water probes at the Boiler Plant, building 112 on the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI 53295, as defined herein and in the Scope of Work (SOW). The work is to be completed during normal business hours (7 am to 3:30 pm) Monday-Friday, unless specified differently by the VA POC. The contractor shall: 1. Follow all lockout/tagout procedures. 2. VAMC POC shall turn off, isolate, and cool the two boilers (the other two are to be worked on at a different time) that are to be worked on by the contractor. 3. Provide 2 ea. dump probes 4. Provide 2 ea. – high water probes 5. Install the four new probes. 6. Upon completion, demonstrate to VAMC POC that all four probes are
