Repair/Refresh Six (6) Square D Class 8110 Contactors

Contractor to provide all labor, material, insurance and equipment to perform repair/refresh of Square D 8110 Contactors. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and insurance to perform a refurbishment/repair of the following as specified; (6) Six BCUA owned 3000 AMP Contactors. Repair/recondition Square D, Class 8110 AC Contactors, 3000 AMP. 1.Anti-static testing 2.Complete component check to determine required action of either repairing or replacing any and all non-conforming parts and/or assemblies 3.Complete function test 4.Input power test 5.Load test 6.Visual inspection to determine, at a minimum, contaminants such as grease and oil; dirt, dust or other debris; corrosion, metallic dust, shavings and other metal debris; water or other fluid. 7.Voltage check to assure voltage values and correct within the unit.
