Cleaning and Covid-19 Disinfecting Public Shelters - Annual

The areas that would require cleaning and disinfecting would be entrances, bathrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, classrooms, corridors, hallways, animal areas and any other areas needing to be cleaned. These areas are dependent on the number of people in the shelter. The following is a listing of the services required once a shelter has been closed. These cleaning services are required to meet all COVID-19 health protocol standards: 1. Disinfecting / sanitation of all areas 2. Disinfecting, wiping and cleaning of all surfaces 3. Deep cleaning of all bathroom facilities 4. Vacuuming / Sweeping / Mopping of all areas 5. Shampooing carpets 6. Clean upholstered furniture and/or draperies, as required 7. Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors 8. Emptying all trash receptacles 9. Replace lining of trash cans 10. Fogging
