Pump Station 2 Construction Services

Scope: The Project include to provide all materials and labor to construct the proposed control building and the modifications and roof addition of the existing control building and slab per the specifications and plans. Construct the new control building and existing control building finished floor elevations based on the construction plans. Provide and install all piping. Providers shall grade site to match proposed grades as shown on the drainage plan for positive drainage. Door locks shall be KABA L1000 Series mechanical latch mechanism. All doors are to be commercial grade metal. Bidders/Providers shall install interior ceiling board with a minimum 1-1/2” long wood screws. Bidders/Providers shall paint existing and new control buildings as per plans. All painting applications shall be done in accordance with paint manufacturer’s recommendation. Providers shall remove any and all material and debris from the site that is associated with the completion of the work. Providers shall coordinate with electrical contractor throughout the construction process.
