Replacement of Existing Heating and Cooling System at Superior Courthouse

Replacement of the Existing Heating and Cooling Systems at the Cochise County Courthouse located at 100 Quality Hill, Bisbee, AZ 85603 Task 1- Demolition, removal, and disposal of all existing AJAX boiler system equipment and piping throughout the basement, first, and second floors of the courthouse. Task 2 – Demolition, removal and disposal of the chiller and all of its accompanying attachments and piping Task 3- Removal and disposal of all existing fan coils. Task 4- Systematic installation of a Daikin VRF system. Task 5- Remove all debris from the project site throughout the duration of the project Task 6- Provide the County with Engineered mechanical and electrical drawings of theplanned VRV/VRF layout Task 7- Provide the County with a complete set of as build drawings when the system is complete.
