Barnard Fire District Interior Renovation - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction

For Barnard Fire District Interior Renovation - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction Project consists of interior renovations to the ground floor living and office spaces in the existing Barnard Fire Station. New spaces include hard-wall offices, a dedicated women's bunk room and locker room, an enlarged men's bunk room and locker room, and a combined kitchen-dining-lounge day room. Seven alternates for various improvements on the main level, in the basement, and on the second floor. New HVAC will be supplied to the renovated areas and a new electrical service and distribution will be included. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. The approximate construction start date will be March 20, 2023 with overall completion by December 30, 2023. This project will have Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage rates.
