Site Directions: 200 US Highway 151, Ignacio, CO 81137 The Project includes the following work: Erection of Owner furnished metal buildings on existing concrete foundations. Building construction will include anchoring of building support systems, installation of garage doors, roofing, partitions, weatherproofing, and all accessories in accordance (explicitly or by reference) with the construction documents and building manufacturer's specifications. Scope generally includes completion of a "cold dark shell". The Project requires scheduled completion of the following milestones: 1. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. TERO The Southern Ute Indian Tribe Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) has established a preference for contracting and subcontracting to certified Indian Owned businesses. A bid preference of 5% will be given to any qualified Native American-owned company. To receive this preference, Native American-owned companies must be certified by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe's TERO.
