Ten Bay T Hangar Construction - Sullivan County

In 2020, H2, H3 and H4 reverted ownership to the County. The leases were extended for 5 years as the County did not desire to take over maintenance as buildings had exceeded their expected lifetime and were not suitable for use. This project is in included in the Sullivan County FY 2023-2028 CIP. As of February 14, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
