Request for Qualifications, (RFQ) for Chicopee City Hall Interior Renovations All questions regarding this SOQ should be submitted to Robert Alger at NV5 by 5 PM on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Questions should be submitted by e-mail (robert.alger@nv5.com). All responses will be posted on http://www.chicopeema.gov/Bids.aspx by 5 PM on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 and emailed to all email addresses of record. The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: 1. Renovations including, but not limited to: a. Hazardous materials abatement and handling. b. Wood framing. c. Metal framing. d. Sheathing. e. Masonry and concrete work. f. Plaster work. g. Carpentry, waterproofing, dampproofing, caulking. h. Doors and windows. i. Interior finishes. j. Wheelchair lift. k. Entrance canopy. l. Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical. m. Telecommunications, Security, and Audio-Visual Systems. n. Sitework and utilities work.
