Fee for bidding online is $15.00 The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for METRO Blue Line Light Rail (BLRT) Extension Project for Engineering Services, Project Management Services and Risk Management Services. This is a three-part Request for Proposal for which consultants can propose on one, two or three parts. The work will include, but not be limited to, civil design, station architecture, utilities, track and guideway, systems, structures, traffic, etc. The contract(s) will also provide support for outreach and engagement, quality, project controls, project management and risk management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. |
