Generally, the project consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC rooftop equipment to serve the main gymnasium. An alternate to include High Volume Low Speed Fans is included. Major divisions of work include but are not limited to: demolition; roofing; sprinkler; HVAC; testing, adjusting, & balancing; commissioning; and electrical.
