Citywide Janitorial Services

The Work to be performed shall be janitorial services, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash collection and disposal, daily cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing of all City facility restrooms, kitchens and breakrooms, including restrooms in three designated City parks. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and maintaining an adequate supply of cleaning material and Personal Protective Equipment and training for their own employees. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, chemical/cleaning products and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all janitorial services described herein. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies necessary for the daily operation of facilities, including but not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, floor wax and finishes, roll hand paper towels, paper toilet seat covers, urinal screens, EPA approved germicidal detergent, such as Lysol IC, or equivalent, waxed feminine hygiene liner bags, and NCL White Pearl Soap or equivalent to be used in soap dispensers. Supplies should match those dispensers currently in use at facilities covered under this contract, or shall provide equivalent substitutions approved by the City at no additional cost.
