| Description | Remove areas of moisture indicated on thermal scan. Mechanically attach 1 layers of 1” Polyisocyanurate insulation with all joints staggered. Adhere a 1/2" coverboard to the surface of the insulation using insulation adhesive. Install modified bitumen base sheet in cold adhesive. Install modified bitumen mineral cap sheet in cold adhesive heat welding the seams. New flashings to be constructed of 2 plies of modified bitumen membrane with all lap seams reinforced with 3- course application of mastic and mesh. Utilize as much existing metal as possible. Install new metal edge and coping where needed. |
