Passenger Boarding Bridge Maintenance Management Services

Salt Lake City Corporation (City), through its Department of Airports (SLCDA), is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide to provide passenger boarding bridge maintenance management services at the Salt Lake City International Airport (Airport) Respondents may contact Shauna Henderson at (801) 575-2978 with questions regarding the website. Respondents should allow two to three hours for the meeting and the tour. Interested parties are requested to confirm their intention of attending the meeting and site tour by providing the name of their firm and the number in their party by contacting Shauna Henderson by 2 p.m. local Mountain Time, April 15, 2022, at shauna.henderson@slcgov.com The purpose of the pre-proposal meeting will be to discuss the requirements and objectives of the RFP, view the facilities and overall Airport layout, and allow you to ask questions. SLCDA management and staff representatives will be available to answer questions. People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation no later than 48 hours in advance in order to attend this pre-proposal conference. Accommodations may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. This is an accessible facility.
