Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities (WSFCU) desires to modernize their conference rooms with the latest Audio Visual (A/V) technology. The WSFCU is looking for a vendor to provide professional services for this effort by designing and implementing upgrades to 10 conference rooms across 5 different locations. This business value effort will standardize the conference rooms across WSFCU providing tools that assist in enhancing the business units’ effectiveness. WSFCU is requesting Proposals from qualified A/V businesses to furnish and install all A/V equipment required to support a turnkey A/V system for the following WSFCU locations: 1. Utilities Administration - 100 E First Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 a.One small conference room, two medium conference rooms, and one office. 2. Utilities Field Operations - 1550 S Martin Luther King Jr Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27107 a. One small conference room and one large conference room. 3. Manson Meads Wastewater Treatment - 2799 Griffith Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 a. One small conference room and one large conference room. 4. Muddy Creek Wastewater Treatment - 4561 Cooper Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012 a. One medium conference room. 5. Swann Water Treatment Plant – 2800 River Ridge Rd, Pfafftown, NC 27040 a. One large conference room.
