Senior Campus Expansion Project

Description of project: The project consists of the construction of a new multi-purpose addition at 2285 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona for the Senior Campus. The City Manager of the City of Bullhead City, Arizona, is authorized and empowered by approval of the City Council to execute this contract for construction services The City of Bullhead City has been awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 118-22 through the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the purpose of the expansion of the Senior Complex in Bullhead City, Arizona. The Contractor has represented to the City the ability to construct the Project and based on this representation the City has engaged contractor to construct the Project The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
