Construction Project Manager Hesperia Transfer Hub

The Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified Project and Construction Management Companies. VVTA is seeking an experienced individual or firm to serve as both the project manager and construction manager for the Design Build construction of its new Transfer Hub. Period of performance will be for 12 months. The new Transfer Hub is anticipated to be approximately 160’ x 400’ feet with an approx. 16’ x 20’ facility that will include 4 restrooms, a security office, and an area for vending machines. There will be 8 sawtooth cut bus spaces, as well as 8 personal vehicle spaces. The area needs to accommodate the flow of buses to and from the Transfer Hub and the future Hydrogen fueling facility that will be constructed adjacent to the Transfer Hub. The building will be of an appealing facade and internal walls for occupied spaces. The facility will be located on approximately the northern 2.75 acres just north of the current Hesperia Maintenance Operations facility located on the corner of E Avenue and Live Oak street in Hesperia, CA.
